Hello, tell me, is it possible to restore an old account? In the old game Bulletstorm, the cd key is not activated in the new account, but in another game, the old key is activated in the new account and the multiplayer is working.

I'm trying to switch Windows Live ID's for my gold account (Lloydeezy E), but the Windows Live ID attached to the account was deleted about 7 months ago. I tried using the account password recovery to resurrect the account but to no avail. What would be
the best method for switching Windows Live ID's?

Cannot accept new terms of use agreement

I cannot accept because my fathers windows live is listed as the parental account but he does not remember the password. He used his old comcast.net email address for his windows live, but when we switched to AT&T, he deleted that email address, so he is
unable to use the password recovery service. Is there any way to have the recovery confirmation email be forwarded to his new email address or update his current windows live account without the password to the old account?

If you forgot the password you use to sign in to services like Outlook.com, Skype, OneDrive, and Xbox Live you might need to reset it.

To reset your password:

Go to the
Reset your password page.

Choose the reason you need your password reset, then click Next.

surely i can prove it is me by the fact that i am about to purchase another full year on that account with my card? if i am still using my xbox live account to play under that email address (which i am, as my xbox live automatically signs in...) and i have
just purchased another full year surely thats enough to prove i am me?? all i want to do is keep my gamerscore and gamer tag (alot of hard work has gone into it and i LOVE my normal gamertag), as i cant gain access to that email surely emails from xbox to
say i have bought points with my card will be sent to that email?

if i was to buy another full year and buy a pre paid card with points and input that info into the recover process im hoping that will be enough to prove its me?

please help :-(

If you don't remember the password, don't know the security answer, and don't have any secure devices set up to validate your account, I'm afraid you pretty much out of luck. The only thing I can suggest is to make a new WLID/account and write down the password
information and store it somewhere secure (file cabinet, safe, etc). Sorry for the trouble.
