iam on virgin media and a t link router as i said not had any problems in the past just this month and last month

 

no i havent contacted my isp because how can it be there issue when it was ok the other month and my online game play is perfect no lag or anything

Virgin and sky have had issues in the past due to the fibre connection

Download time out can be a server issue if you check your. Virgin website they have tons of cases thst needed escalation to virgin.
