Games for Gold + Game pass issues

Hi guys,

I’m having an issue with Games for Gold where I can’t actually see the free games anywhere?! They just don’t seem to pop up anywhere, the only way I can find them is by doing a manual search for each one. Also having the same kind of issue with game pass,
I go into show all game pass games and it only shows about 15 of them, again the only way I can get to them is to do a manual search. Is anyone else having this issue?? I’ve asked support but they gave me the usual answer-have you powered down your console
for five minutes etc!.

Issues with game pass

Hello, I need help with a detail of my game pass subscription, made the payment one day before the expiration of both the game pass and the gold, expired on July 15 and until today had no problems
, today I do not see the subscription of the game pass but the gold if, when going to administer subscriptions they appear to me current, when reviewing the purchase history the subscription of the game pass appears to me as pending and the date
indicates that it is of the day July 7, which is not possible because as the gold made the renewal on the same day on July 14, the gold tells me the correct date and appears to me current.
The payment is made with my paypal account and when the history is reviewed, authorized payments appear on July 15.

Even today in the morning I was playing without problems, the problem arose when I left the game of the hunter call of the wild in the background while starting the cronchyroll application, when I tried to return to the game the problem started,
now it does not let me start any game of the game pass.

Please help.

 

Xbox Game Pass also with Gold?

Does the Xbox Game Pass also come with Xbox Gold as long as you selected the game pass for? The thumbnail for the Xbox Game Pass has a "Gold" sign on it and it says nothing about Xbox Gold

 

If you are having issues accessing store pages, then this may be related to the
server problems with Xbox Live (at the time of this posting).

There is an Xbox Live server issue with "Purchase and Content Usage", which can affect your ability to access the GWG page, among other possible problems (buying, redeeming codes, etc). The only solution to this is to wait until Microsoft fixes the servers.
There is no ETA on when that will be completed.
