Games download on Xbox Game Pass PC stuck at 100%. Can't play

I tried do download NieR: Automata BECOME AS GODS Edition on the Xbox Game Pass PC and when the download reach 100% the "install button" won't turn into a "play button". And then begin to turn into 100% to 0% in seconds, and after sometime the app closes. Tried another game, The Forgotten City, same, and while Forgotten City was download i was playing Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition, and when Forgotten City finished dowload the app closed and also the Dragon Quest that i was playing through Game Pass app.

I've already update Windows 10, and searched in the Microsoft Store if some app was to update and just the Xbox Box Game Bar, i did it and nothing happened. Also triead some sugestions that i saw here on the site, like try to fix the app, uninstall the app, tried donwload the game through Microsoft Store, and also write some code lines in powershell, nothing worked.

Yeah, still with the problem, but i can play xcloud games. Tried Dicey Dungeons today and the same happened. And i think i tried every troubleshooting step

Thanks for answering, but none of these worked

the only option i did'nt try is the option which says its going to exclude data, cause i'm afraid to need redownload all my games, and if it fails i won't be able to download them. And no, i can't install other games, at least the 5 i tried.

I'm sorry you are still having issues.

I'm going to suggest some things you may have already done; I just ask to check again.

Make sure your operating system and hardware drivers are all up to date.
Start > search Update in the search box > Check for Updates > Then click the "Check for updates" button and install all potential updates.
Make sure the Microsoft Store is up to date

Open the Microsoft Store. > select See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.
Run the troubleshooter:

Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.
Refresh Local Network Hardware

Restart all modems and routers. Network hardware can get into slow/broken state after running for a long time. Unplug the modem / router for about 30 seconds while the PC is shut off. Then plug it back in, wait for it to connect, then turn on your PC and try again.

Hey, none of these worked so a i went to the option on microsoft store wich says its going to delete data because i finished DQXI that i was playing and didnt want to lose the game, and ta da, worked!

This option right here. Its in portuguese but its something like "reset"
