    I didn’t get on Xbox for a couple days. When I get back on it won’t let me open any of my apps it just kicks me back to the Home Screen. I uninstalled a couple of the games I play the most (Fortnite and Rainbow 6 siege) and let them reinstall. Fortnite started working but siege would only let me get into a match and then kick me back to the Home Screen once the match had started (resulting in a few abandonment penalties and bans that weren’t even my fault) a day or two later I tried to open up Fortnite again and it began doing the same thing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked fine. I did the same with siege and it still only let me load into a match and then would kick me back to Home Screen. Today I tried to get on Fortnite as it had been working fine the last couple of days and it would not open and gave me the error code 0x87e50007. I have done every single thing on the troubleshooting website . I have power cycled, I have restarted, I have restarted my internet. And unplugged my router. Nothing works .

    I have an Xbox One S

    No I don’t think it’s in any insider program (though to be honest idk what that is )

    No I don’t have any storage expansions

    Yes the day all of this started I checked the update for OS and it needed one and I updated the console. It didn’t fix it tho.

    The Xbox Insider program allows users to try features ahead of their release in public OS builds. To enroll a console in this program, you would've had to download the Xbox Insider Hub and agree to participate in it.

    Would you mind performing a soft factory reset on your console? By "Soft" I mean that none of your games will be uninstalled, but accounts and local save data will be removed from the console. This would help refresh your system and clear any temporary files that may be causing this.

    To do so:

    - Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox > Keep games and apps.
    - Keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (for each account) to sign in again.

    * Note: Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and the Xbox Network, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    - Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

    - Are there any external storage devices plugged into your console?

    - Have you already checked if your console's OS is up to date? you can see this at Settings > System> Updates.

    Achievements don’t work in some games !

    sometimes we can find some of our achievements delayed. we are not sure why but they usually pop up eventually.

    have you tried power cycling your xbox? ->power cycle
    Yes I did, but it doesn't help
