    So finally activated live gold on the Xbox one S because my daughter has been begging for Roblox for months. It said the subscription was in and good to go with the account but on every single game we have it’s not showing up; I thought it might just be
    the one game but no it’s not connecting with anything!!! everytime I get a message that I need to get live then I go back and check and it says I have it. I restarted everything and no luck. There aren’t any separate family profiles so it’s not a child setting,
    and I’m definitely in the right region for it. I made her wait so long to be able to play this game please help Games don’t recognize my live gold on Xbox one s :(

    So I purchased an Xbox live gold subscription for 3 months, redeemed the code and it was added to my account, however, my Xbox One S does not recognize this. Any suggestions?

    hi, until yesterday i'm playing in live gold, but today e can´t play anymore because my Xbox one don´t recognize my signature. Ask me for a new signature, but in my Microsoft account my live gold just expire in 2015, you guys know what happen´s?

    Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it.

    Xbox live gold issue.

    I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
    under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.
