Thanks but, As I mentioned above I tried every troubleshooting step I can find including designating the console as a home xbox. But still it did not work.

I’m having the same issue as of 01/21/2020. I’m deployed and don’t have a way to get internet on my console, and ever since I went offline my games have disappeared from My Games and Apps. Purchased games, Game Pass games, GWG games, disc games, all gone.
I can search for them and launch them but they don’t appear anywhere else in the system. I’ve tried every kind of reset, and my xbox
has been set as the home xbox, just so that is clear.
