Games do not install, stay in queue but download never starts

Hello,
I recommend that you verify your internet connection, if it is working correctly, the storage where you try to download your games is damaged and that is what prevents the download of your games.
If you verify that it works correctly I recommend that you return to factory configuration of your console but without deleting the games and applications

If you can sign in on a different console and see if you get the same issue

Most troubleshooters advise you to double check Xbox Live is up and you're signed into your account, also making sure you do for a fact have space on the hard drive. Once all of those have been double checked you should check to see if your console has an
update. Console updates typically need to be taken care of before a game or app can be installed resulting in your download not even starting.
