Games disappearing from Ready to install and making me repurchase games

I am very sorry, i bought the game “For Honor” on disk, so it would make since for it not showing up in billin, i am truely sorry for that, but overwatch was a downloaded game in which this happened. I am truely sorry for taking up your time and thank

The simplest and most logical conclusion is that they were purchased using a different account. Check you credit card statement or PayPal account transactions to ensure you made them. If you have proof of payment Xbox Support can investigate further. Also
check your email accounts for the purchase receipt. If you indeed purchased them it should not be difficult to find proof of purchase.

Hi anything you own will show as owned in the store or it will show in your purchase history, Like Puppy Fujo said it could be linked to another account altogether.

It is possible that the games were purchased on another account or possibly game shared with the Home Console if you have more than one account sharing the same console or if you've ever game shared with a friend. Completed purchases on an account's order
history do not just disappear as there always has to be a record of a date and time of purchase in the system.

Have you taken a look at your order history for the account in question?
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. It's the same order history that customer support would be looking at. If you don't see the purchase there, then the account you are trying to play the games on do not own
the license to play.

Unfortunately the games disappear from both Install and Ready to Install lists
