    So in more details, any game I'm downloading on my external hard drive on xbox series s disappears from queue if I the console is full shutdown, the icon itself is still in my library but I can't really play the game it just tells me to go to ms store and if I download it again from there all the download progress gets reset, tho all this doesn't happen if I just put the console to sleep, it only happens when it's fully shutdown, and this issue doesn't happen if I download games on the internal drive, it only happens on my 2tb toshiba hdd

    I understand. Try downloading from the internal disk to see if this error persists. If not, it could be a problem with the external drive.

    It is compatible, it says it is usb 3.0 and this issue only happened recently it didn't happen when I just bought the external hdd

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to help you out directly. Are you using an external hard drive for your games & apps? Are you a part of the preview program?

    It would also, help us out to know all the troubleshooting steps you have attempted so far. Let us know these details, and we will try our best to resolve this issue.

    My xbox won't download warzone

    I'm trying to download from the Microsoft store but each time I start the download it just dissappears from the queue but all the Resource packs. And for the trouble shooting I have restarted my xbox, changed the wifi, unplugged it then plugged it back in and every time I go to attempt the download it starts to work the afew minutes later the game disappeared from the queue and doesn't appear in my downloaded games.
