games crashsing and freezing

First, welcome to the Xbox community, and we're sorry this one is having this issue. Before we try any solutions, could you tell if this problem is only happening with this game? If not, please try the procedures below, and see if game performance improves for you.

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Hey there! Is this the only game that is freezing? When exactly is it freezing; what are you doing when it freezes?

Hey its the xbox360 arcade. I have cleaned it from dust in the fans,motherboard,cpu etc. I tried offline = freezing, hardrive games = freezing, disc games = freezing, disc films = freezing

Does the game consistently freeze around the same area in the game?

Does it freeze every two to five minutes on a new game save?

Did it freeze before the game was installed to the HDD?

I get one game in, then a freeze, then one game then freeze. So far.
