games crash xbox freezes get systems errors

Hello! Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate you trying to fix this on your end but if the same error persists, I am afraid your console needs to be repaired. The original Xbox One console is no longer manufactured by Microsoft, nor is the console power supply unit. As a result, out-of-warranty support is no longer available for this particular product. You can consider getting it fixed on any local game shop or electronic shop.

If it loads me into world it freezes then crashes if it doesn’t load me in all the way it crashes also but I don’t get any error codes and I have reinstalled the game also.

Be happy to help troubleshoot, but will need a bit more information. Are you getting an error message? What happens when it freezes? Does it crash to the dashboard or completely lock up the system? Is the game on the internal hard drive or an external
hard drive? Can you hear the fan and is it loud prior to it freezing up? Is this an Xbox One, One S, or One X?
