Games close as I try to open them

I can see that you are having trouble playing the new FIFA game on your Xbox Series X|S console. This issue may be caused by a corrupted game file, a network problem, or a console error. Here are some steps you can try to fix this:



- Make sure your console is updated to the latest version. You can check for updates by going to Settings > System > Updates & downloads.

- Clear the cache of your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down, then unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in and turning on the console.

- Uninstall and reinstall the FIFA game from your console. You can do this by going to My games & apps > See all > Games > FIFA > Manage game and add-ons > Uninstall all.

- Restart the FIFA game and check if the issue persists. If it does, try playing the game offline by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Go offline.

- If none of these steps work, you may need to reset your console to factory defaults. This will erase all your data and settings, so make sure you back up your games and profile to the cloud or an external drive before doing this. You can reset your console by going to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console > Reset and keep my games & apps.

your games close soon as you open them. We recommend to try and uninstall and reinstall the games that are causing the issue. The most common cause for this is they are corrupt.

Try force closing some open apps then force close farcry and try again having nothing open except for the game

I managed to install, however when I open I see the game beginning but then it closes, it opens and then closes - sorry the English

And also now ONLY when I open the FORZA in the store, the store closes ALONE

if I open anything in the store it is open, but when I try to open the FORZA appearing "downloaded", the store closes when I click ....
