try to check in the tab "ready to install" it should be there!

If not, try to search for the game on the store from the xbox console!

Remember to use the same account that you used for the purchase on the webpage

are you using the account that you bought the game? maybe there is another version of the game, try loking on the store, if you dont find nothing try to contacct microsft customer support

now it is asking me to install gaming services but when i got to the microsft store it does not let me download it. Forza yet opens the automaticly closes. Please help
