Games being deleted from my Xbox 1

The first thing to try is to do a Power Cycle

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

And check if the game is visible again.

If that doesn't help then another thing to try depends on the location of the storage device.

Is this happening on the internal storage device or an external one?

If it's an external one, try formatting it again and see if it happens afterwards again, keep in mind that formatting the device will remove everything on that storage device.

In case it's the internal storage device you could consider trying a factory reset to see if that fixes anything

Let us know the results

Set the game up and running for your kid, then keep an eye on them while they play so they cant back out & delete the games.

There is no lock or password to do it so as far as I know this is the only way..

What your saying just doesn't work at all anymore. After the latest update from Xbox live they have removed the part where you can delete a saved game from everywhere and only has delete saved game from console only. That very saved game that your trying
to delete to start the game from scratch again isnt possible at all now due to the fact that its still saved on Xbox live live cloud servers so every single time i try to play the game after having it deleted from my console the saved game always loads right
up. They have taken away our ability to delete our saved games from their servers period. Now were stuck with not being able to start from scratch at all on some of the games like crackdown 1.

Delete multiple games from your hard drive

Hey there, so did you try and delete them using the steps below?

1.Go to the Settings hub and choose System.

2.Select Storage.

3.Select Hard Drive.

4.Select Games.

5.Select the game that you want to delete.

6.Select Delete

Also I'm not sure what you mean about it being beyond family safety regulations? Are you using a child account?
