    Games are not downloading on the Xbox app


    Good day

    I have been having this problem for over 2 hours now and I can not seem to find any solutions that I have tried before.

    Games downloading gets stuck on Zero and doesn't want to move at all, Xbox app and Microsoft store. I have over 100mb download speed and it just gets stuck on Zero or a few kb when I try downloading a game.

    I do not know if this a server issue or a me issue anymore, I have tried everything, it shot up to 10mb and then went back down to Zero and then stayed on Zero.

    So if anyone has a solution to this please tell me, I just recently got game pass again and now this is happening out of nowhere
