    Hey there!


    I got a bit of a strange problem as I can't seem to find any of my games after I reset my pc.

    Let me give you some context - or you can just read the summary at the bottom lmao.

    My pc wasn't running well so I hard reset my pc, deleting every file from the computer.I turned it back on, downloaded the Xbox app, and started to find my "Xbox play anywhere" games (Forza horizon 5, state of decay 2, sea of thieves). Although, I couldn't download ANY of my games as the Xbox app didn't give me the option. I can see my games on the Microsoft Store, but I have to download them from the Xbox app, but when I can't see them in my Xbox app library, I cant install them.

    To summarize, I have "Xbox play anywhere" games in the Microsoft store library but not on the Xbox app. I can only download the games via the Xbox app, but it doesn't show the games in the Xbox app library. Therefore I can't install the games - how can I fix this?

    Both apps are logged in with the same mail.

    Can anyone help, please?

    Humm... have you gone to PC settings> system> apps and features> Xbox app (click on it) hit advanced options> then hit reset?
    I've just tried and it's still not showing my friends list after resetting it. Thanks again though.

    I did that the first time it loaded up with my games. Tired playing them didn't work. So I wiped everything knowing all my games are digital. I see the games but they aren't downloading to the xbox. The original apps aren't even working.
