Games are being queued instead of installed

I have 3 pending downloads right now and they are all queued. I have tried cancelling them then starting them back up and that did not work. I have also tried turning off my Xbox then turning it back on and that did not work. Any ideas?

Hey there XxazzerxxX! Are downloading/installing any other games, or is FIFA the only one that's being installed currently? And what happens if you prompt it to download instead of stay in the queued status?

 

Issues installing COD AW on Xbox one?

Im trying to install the disc but it's just staying "queued". Every now and then for a couple seconds it says "installing" but then goes right back to "queued"

 

If they are being queued, then that means they are downloaded and installed at the same time. If it don't start from 0 to 1 within few minutes. Then that means the console can't connect properly to live to get them started.

 

It was downloading them just fine yesterday, weird. I did try connecting it with an ethernet cord and it is just saying that they are all queued.

 

Nevermind, I guess it just fixed itself. Again, weird.

 

I have the same issue. The preview dashboard is what started the problem. I do not have a problem being connected to box live as I am playing games online and using Netflix. It is the interface that has a problem.

 

Yeah there is probably a problem with preview update as I also am a preview member. Hopefully this will get fixed soon, along with a bunch of other bugs I've noticed.

 

Same with me i went hardline, did a hard reboot, been trying to download battlefield for days now, i can start the download when my xbox is on, but once its off, not a thing. just ques it. I have storage turned on when my xbox is off, i have the console
plugged directly into an outlet, i also have instant on turned on. My connection is 93 mbps down 15.37 mbps up MTU is 1480 latency is 20 ms. Connection doesnt seem to be an issue
