Games/Apps repeatedly not loading

Hi

Almost every single day for the last week or so I am running into issues loading games or applications. It will show the splash page of the game and after 20-30 secs the error that it fails to load. Restarting the game seldom solves the issue as it just
hangs again and now, in most cases, hard resetting the console also isn't fixing it.

The only solution appears to be fully disconnecting the Xbox from power for 2-3 mins then restarting so the cache clears. I shouldn't need to disconnect and reconnect my Xbox every time I want to load a game, every day.

Is there some update issues that is causing this that need to be addressed or an I just unlucky? How can I fix the issue permanently so I am not forced to do a full reset of my console each time I choose to use it?

games aren't showing up and wont load any.

having trouble loading games. when i go to games and apps its not showing my games all im getting it the loading circle next to Games. Apps its not even letting me play my last game on tge dashboard

Have you tried getting your son to log into his account on your Xbox to see if the same thing happens?

Also if you have not already done this please try and carry out a hard reset on the console.

So it would appear the issue continues but there is something more interesting at play. I've also noticed little to no progress on game downloads and here an article that explains my exact issue. Looks like an Australian issue. Any word from anyone here
at Microsoft on when this will be resolved??

I not even sure that it's the preview program at all. My screen now loads up to a blank black screen after the my games and apps logo repeatedly pops up and disappears till it finally disappears completely to a blank black screen. It only shows the logo
and none of my games and it also showed me sign in.

Have tried repeatedly to turn off family settings. This was a discarded 360 I fixed. Cannot load mature content games. HELP

There is no direct error message, as I can't interact with the Microsoft Edge app, but when I click something that would cause Microsoft Edge to open it instead opens the XBL Marketplace & fails to load a page saying;

"Try that again.

Page could not be loaded. Please try again later.

I have tried the following:

Turning the console off & back on repeatedly, waiting hours in between attempts.

Restarting the console repeatedly, waiting hours in between attempts.

Searching the Microsoft Store, on the console & website, for the app to attempt a redownload.

Searching my hard drives for the Microsoft Edge app.

Nothing has worked & I can't find the app nor open it via alternate methods.

It's as if it doesn't exist.

Ok, now that i used a seperate gamertag and played the game there(even after the update is applied), i decided to go back to usual gamertag and have another crack at loading the game, But now it does'nt freeze and it sits in the loading screen trying to
load, and load and load and just keeps loading....... the chickening is a walking but not getting anywhere.... the tips are displaying repeatedly but it's still not getting to the game to play.... why o why
