Games&apps refuse to open

Discus and support Games&apps refuse to open in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Games and apps crash then say it takes too long to load and wont load at all.     Games&apps refuse to open


    Games and apps crash then say it takes too long to load and wont load at all. Been happening everyday for a couple months. Hard restarting seems to fix it but has to be done ALOT now. Its so annoying! My network is stong i know its not cus of that

    Upload Studio issues

    I'd help you but the app crashes or refuses to open for me.

    Skype/Games/Other Apps Refuse to open or crash shortly after

    Exact same problem here. After restarting a few times finally managed to get Skype to uninstall. Struggling to get it to reinstall from xbox store now though Games&apps refuse to open :(

    Mine does the same thing. It started about a week ago. Did you ever find a solution?

    Apologies for the late reply.

    If you are still running into the same issues with apps not starting we suggest following the

    crashing games guide.

    If that does not help either be sure to
    soft factory reset     the console by choosing keep my games and apps on step 7.

    Feel free to post back and let us know how the console is doing!

    XCloud invites bugged

    Like i said, i have the PS4 controller that i could use through bluetooth (the list says it's available), but the app doesnt reconize it and refuses to open a game with it connected

    I have not, I have been playing it on steam myself as mentioned above, it does have to do with the Xbox app for sure. My other games on there work fine, my step games work fine, it's just those 2 that refuse to open in the Xbox app.
