    Games and sign in take too long to load, tried restarting the games, Xbox, network, cleared...


    It's Christmas eve, I've been away for months, I dusted it off. It could load disney plus slowly, but everything else, like prime video and Netflix, all games both disc and digital don't work. I tried for over an hour to resolve the problem but I can't.

    try taking the game back to the shop or try installing the game offline that might go a bit quicker

    Sorry to hear your Xbox is running slow. Have you tried resetting the Xbox keeping games and apps?

    My xbox won't sign in it is saying no ip address but if I check it once I do get signed in it sends me to my home page instead of the last game I was playing. This is a new issue

    I tried that too. I used the wifi and that hot me signed in but it takes me to the home screen every time. Then I have to load the game from that screen all over again. It remembers all my saved stuff but it takes a long time to load. I have a very fast internet

    Error 42 means it's taking too long to load into the map. Which could be an internet connection issue. Try restarting your internet equipment (modem, router or hub), your Xbox, then try the game again.

    Xbox One taking too long to load games

    Sometimes this is caused by impending files. To solve the issue try this:

    Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    I did this tonight to try to fix my Xbox to no luck. Still takes up to 10 min on just the green screen. And 3min trying to sign in to my Xbox account.
    same tried everything and it is not going past the green screen.
