Games and puzzles not loading

Discus and support Games and puzzles not loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; For some reason none of the puzzles or games will load on laptop.     Games and puzzles not loading


    For some reason none of the puzzles or games will load on laptop. Been doing this for 2 days now

    ​The Jisgsaw puzzles are not loading.

    The puzzles are not loading. Jigsaw brings me to the puzzle selection. When I select a puzzles, they are not loading. They remain in loading status and then the screen blacks out and brings me back to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection screen.

    This has to be fixed please.

    Puzzle Loading

    I'm having issues with the puzzles not loading. I have been trying off and on for three days. It lets me go through the steps to get to the puzzle, but then sets and spins while loading at about 1/2 way through the loading.

    microsoft jigsaw puzzles will not load, what can I do?

    I always have to do it twice. The first time I click to load a puzzle, I get the revolving circle and not the ad. I close it and do it again and the ad comes up and plays then the puzzle loads. It does this every time for me. The puzzle never loads on the first try. I use my own pics to make puzzles or get pic off the net.

    Take my gold but doesn't load puzzle

    Came to the forum to find out about this as well. Running out of puzzles and can't load more. There is the option to download, but it never completes loading. Basically can't play the game anymore because I'm out of new puzzles and don't want to repeat ones
    already completed multiple times.

    Jigsaw puzzle game will not load

    Hey!

    For this issue I recommend you post a thread at Microsoft Casual Games Community and they should be able to get you more information regarding your problem.
