    Games and apps not installing


    I'm using series S and for the past few days games and apps have been taking ages to install if they even start downloading at all. They constantly stop downloading/installing despite having decent numbers on the network stats. Those figures are 973.64Mbps download. 759.53Mbps upload 0% packet loss 1480 MTU and 22ms latency. I tried googling the issue and did the suggested restore without removing games and things haven't changed

    Hi people , i am try to install the Netflix , Crackle and Youtube , the apps is downloaded normally , but when the apps try to install is presented the status : Installing 6 % , Installing 8 % , Installing 10 % , Installing 2 % , and the apps is not installed
    , if i try to install a app if I install an app that never used before it installs normally.

    I made a factory reset , cleaning apps and games , and the problem dont resolve

    Hello!

    I'm an independent advisor and a member of the Xbox Community just like you.

    I'm happy to help you today.

    Go to your network settings and in advanced options change the DNS to primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4
    Remove your account from the console

    Press and hold the power button on the console until the Xbox turns off completely.

    When the indicator lights on the front panel of the Xbox turn off, unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox.

    Wait at least 30 seconds.

    Reconnect the Xbox console and turn it back on.

    Re-enter your account and test if the error persists.

    Sorry for the mistake, the entire DNS server address is in the format of any IP address, that is, 4 binary octets separated by a period.

    Secondary DNS server should be 8.8.4.4
