    Games all showing as 0 achievements unlocked, although my overall gamerscore is correct


    This started happening a few days ago. About 90% of the time when I use the Xbox Console Companion app or Xbox.com website, it will show that I have 0 Gamerscore in every game that I've played.

    On the console, it happens about 20% of the time when I boot the console up (I use energy saving mode).

    I've seen odd glitches like this in the past, but they're usually one-offs, or the issue resolves itself after a few hours, but this has been going on for 5+ days now.

    I haven't because it's happening on the Xbox.com website and Xbox app too, which implies it's an issue with Xbox Live itself. Removing the profile from the console wouldn't affect what's going on with the app and website.

    Have you tried logging out of your profile, removing it from your console and then redownloading it. See if that fixes it.

    Hey Sigma! I can see your achievements just fine on my phone app. It's probably a website issue that will be fixed. I wouldn't worry too much. :)

    it must be a national problem as I unlocked 750 gamer score yesterday & it’s not reflecting on my gamerscore leaderboards tan & the game doesn’t even appear on my achievements list within my profile. Although my overall total gamerscore
    is correct & the unlocked achievements show in my feed. It’s very annoying & I hope they fix soon, never had this happen before & ive been playing for the last 13 years

    Gamerscore not updating (still)

    True achievements is updating my true achievement score, but my gamerscore is still stuck. It updates whenever I get achievements. So everything is correct and normal APART from the overall gamerscore not going up in line with achievements unlocked
