    Gamertags do support some non-English characters now and yes you can use that symbol. Keep in mind that when not using standard Latin characters, you will be given a suffix and you will also have a 2nd gamertag that will show on areas that do not support those symbols.

    It's not possible to do anymore, there were and I believe still aren't any plans on making this possible on Halo Waypoint.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to use symbols and emoji's in your Gamertag.
