    Gamertag with spaces (Minecraft)


    I have a problem with my gamertag (CT 1490 Echo),when I want to join the Minecraft world of my sister but when I try to join it just says connecting to server but nothing happens and when I searched it on google it says that I can't join because of the spaces in my name but I can't change my name because I need to pay money.What is very bad because I don't wan't to pay money for something I couldn't know.I would be very happy if someone has a conclusion for that problem.

    When I created the gamertag and my account I was playing on an Ipad but a switched to pc some weeks ago.Thank you for the quick reply

    Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search the game > Advanced Options > Repair.

    The Gamertag shouldn't be a problem, Florrys.

    Reserving Gamertags?

    I think by "reserved" you mean "spaced." When someone spaces a gamertag, it "reserves" all forms of that gamertag, regardless of where any spaces are placed. For example there is a gamertag "G o l" but no such gamertag as "Gol." But if you try to create
    the gamertag "Gol" the it does not let you because the letters G O L are already in a gamertag with no extra letters/numbers, just spaces.

    Does that make sense?
