Gamertag Was Changed

Hello,

This was the first time in a long time that I logged on to my xbox live account, and I just saw that my gamertag was changed to . I do not like this gamertag, and ever since It was changed I have been getting vulgar/hateful messages from friends
and other online members. Most of the messages consist of homophobic slurs and so forth. This gamertag has been making my online experience nothing but horrible. It is not the gamertag of my choosing and I would like to know if there is anything that can be
done about this.

Gamertag changed

I got a message that connecting to Xbox Live was not possible with my profile and that I shoul download it again. After doing so my Gamertag was changed.

I want my tag back!

FNC? I few years ago they made my friend change his account. He was able to freely choose a new name. Now you have to pay? I am wondering why they changed it?

Yes follow the rules and pay to change your name

Also block the said people and file complaints on them

Your name must be rated e for everyone regardless how funny you think it is

And stop reading phishy websites and I suggest you read the end of that thread as it had been closed and disavowed as fraud

Set contacts to friends only too problem solved and plus make sure your new name. Is rated e for everyone as it does cost you each time you violate the rules

FYI multiple forced name changes will only end badly for you as they do result in a perma suspension of the account if you continue not to follow the rules

Yes, changing the gamertag again should be possible, als changing back to your previous Gamertag is possible, as long as your original Gamertag isn't already taken by somebody else.

Keep in mind each change will require a payment.

I'm afraid there are no free gamertag changes, if a gamertag was deemed to break the CoC/ToU then you will given a generated one and if you want to change the gamertag into something chosen by yourself it will have the fee like any gamertag change.
