Gamertag was changed but won't update in game

Please, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Xbox account here: https://social.xbox.com/changegamertag

Verify if your Gamertag is the new one.

In case it is not, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

There is a # with gamertags that will show up in games that have been updated to work with the new change. Games that haven't updated yet won't show the #.

When you change your gamertag, it'll update on your friend's consoles too. So they will still have you on their lists. It also won't affect any games or anything like that.

I can successfuly change gamertag (using new system) there:
