Hi, I want to change my name (gammertag), if I want to do that ask 10 euros to pay via paypal, now I have paypal but he does not pick him up to pay, how can I change my name now.

Ik hoorde van een NL medewerker van XBox dat dit veranderen geen prioriteit is voor hen... Ik vrees dat, als de volgende games terug een Franse versie hebben, we weeral een Franse versie zullen krijgen van MS.

Hey there BrommerBob, it just sounds like you need to change the Windows Live ID associated with your account. Even though you can't check your email on it, you're still able to login on Xbox.com with it. Here's how to change your Live ID:

To change your gamertag you'll need to add a valid payment mode. Depending on your country you'll see different allowed payment options. PayPal as a payment option is now available in all regions.

 

I know what you mean, I live in the Netherlands and have a valid paypal and bank account but it does not work while my money is on my account, how can I change the name?

Hello, when you change the Gamertag, you have no choice. It is best to add a credit card to Xbox and change the name. I'm not sure but it should work despite the Gift Card currency.
