gamertag transfer process

At this time, there is no official process for transferring gamertags between Microsoft accounts. However, you can change the email address associated with your gamertag to your primary Microsoft account email address. This will allow you to use your gamertag on your primary account. You will need to download the new gamertag to your console, then create third Microsoft Account at signup.live.com, then transfer the new gamertag to the third Microsoft Account using the Settings -> Account -> Account Security -> Change Microsoft Account
process. Once that is done you can change your regular gamertag to the desired email using the same process.

how do you do an actual license transfer process. I can already play the games with my original gamertag. Just not the second one.

His friend could transfer the console license. The friend would have to log into the "new" console and the friend would have to perform the transfer process and re-download the content to bind the licenses to the "new" console. Ownership of those licenses
would stay with the friend, and in 120 days the friend could revoke the licenses by performing a license transfer to another console.
