    Gamertag Suspension


    Basically, my gamertag got removed because it had the letters 'PP' at the end. Those initials have a special meaning to me, and I really dont think its fair that I have to pay $10 to get a change since Im stuck with this generic one. Also, my gamertag
    in menus, Looking for Group, Parties, etc all have my old Gamertag, unless I'm in-game where the new one is displayed. This causes a great deal of confusion with people, and has resulted in me being kicked from parties repeatedly. I already went through Microsoft
    support for this, yet nothing changed. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why it was changed and to see about submitting a case review. If the enforcement team overturn their decision,
    you will be able to change it.

    Sorry to hear that buddy, unfortunately regular Microsoft customer support is unable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions, this apply to this community forum too

    They can’t discuss your account and don’t have access to enforcement details.

    The only place to do it is via enforcement page https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

    Falsely accused/reported, suspended, gamertag changed by enforcement, overturned and lost gamertag?

    im guessing they of lifted the suspension not the gamertag chanvge
