Gamertag suspended by false accusations/overturned and still have to pay $10 to get my ...

My Xbox one account was falsely reported, suspended, issued an auto-generated gamertag, I contested and won, decision overturned. The suspension was lifted and shows me as having a perfect reputation, however customer support is telling me I have to pay
$10 to get my gamertag back?

My problem is that I was falsely accused, gamertag should have never been suspended and auto generated and i should not have to pay to get my original gamertag back. Please help.

generated and i should not have to pay to get my original gamertag back. and how do I make sure this person does not falsely accuse me again and can you take action on them? How do you prevent false accusations from happening when after on reporting you suspend
and reassign some crappy gamertag that people have to pay $10 to get back before it is taken by someone else?

 

Gamertag was changed, how to get it back ?

Hi,

My gamertag was flagged by someone and xbox automatically changed it. I made a case review appeal on xbox enforcement, and after two days they now concluded "Decision Overturned".

So, I went to see if my gamertag was restored, but sadly it is not. Will it be restored ?

It says on xbox enforcement it now says my file is clean and that the gamertag ban was overturned.

Case Review Status: Decision overturned.

Will it change back automatically ?

Edit: Chatted with an xbox ambassador/volonteer, and he said that gamertag reviews were impossible ?! Yet they did review my case and even overturned their decision.

 

Sorry but the no here has access to override the cost of a gamertag change. And the enforcement team is not part of support so they don't have the ability issue this either.
