    i've been looking on my enforcement record and the only thing that is there is a listing from a year ago unless they mixed up the dates I'd like to know why I can't talk to my friends the code it gives me is [0x87DD0013] was wondering if anyone knows what
    it means

    there is no way, if they don't use the account then it will be closed after a 2 or 5 year period, but the microsoft account may be in use on other areas of the system, as an example, i have another account that has zero gamerscore but i use that microsoft account for other parts of microsoft and therefore the account is always in use.
