Gamertag screwed

I'm unable to be heard in party chat nor in game chat, I can however hear other players. The cortana feature has never worked for me, even though I have it enabled. The feature works on my pc but not my console. Also achievements don't always unlock and
pop up when they should and in some instances don't unlock at all even if I have met the requirements. I have started to lose access to some content that I own even though my console is registering that it is downloaded to the console. Notifications that I
have a msg or party chat rarely pop up, I have to physically hit the home button and tab to msgs to see I received one. Also when I send game invites most of the time my friends aren't receiving them. If I want to play with a friend they have to send me an
invite or I join through their profile. Also I've come to learn that official gaming headsets don't work anymore for me. I have to use a regular pair of headphones (Skullcandy) to hear anything.

You seem to have gotten the accounts into a bit of a muddle, so I suggest you contact Phone Support who can also look into the account for you and see if they can straighten things out for you.
