Gamertag Recycle

Hello,

I am interested in participating in the Gamertag Recycle event that takes place today. I had kept my subscription active since March (?) of 2012. Last year, I received a 12-month subscription card as a gift, so I ended my automatic renewal. A dumb mistake.
In the past year, my activity has steeply declined. With being a dad now, I do not get the time to play games as much as I once did. You'll find by looking at my account history, that, before today, I hadn't played a game since January, though my subscription
to Xbox Live did not expire until late March.

I am pleading that you guys make an exception for me, in regards to my tenure, when it comes to this promotion. Please let me participate. I am not asking for a free gamertag change or any other accommodation, besides allowing me to have access to the recycled
names when they are released.

I am a loyal Xbox customer. Over the years, I have purchased an original Xbox (with saved up allowance and Christmas money) when it released, three Xbox 360s and I am a Day One adopter of the Xbox One. Of course, I have not had the same Xbox Live account
throughout the time that I have used all of these different consoles, but the fact stands that I am a loyal customer. I work at Time Warner Cable, and anytime I get the chance to suggest a gaming console to a customer, I always recommend Xbox. Not only because
it supports the TWCTV application, but because it's just a better console than the competition.

I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars on consoles, subscriptions, DLCs, Microsoft points and Gamertag changes over the years throughout the different accounts that I've had.
