Gamertag purchase for £7.99 didn't work. Unable to obtain a refund or resolution! HELP!

If you come across any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting Microsoft Virtual Agent

Then just type in “agent” and select the issue.

Select either of the option “Call me back” or “chat”

Paid to change my name 7.99 . Then the change isnt acceptable so my gamertag gets changed to a random one , can i have a refund or another channge for free

My refund has been denied, stating that I have exceeded the allowed limit for the year. I have checked and realized that this is a new account, and it was my child who made unauthorized purchases without my knowledge. However, I am still unable to obtain a refund. It seems that there is a major issue with Xbox's refund system.

So, if you didn't see a message regarding receiving a refund during the cancellation process, this means you're not eligible for one.

However, you can try asking for a refund by filling out the refund form below:

You can obtain the order number for the purchase here:

Please be aware that submitting a refund request doesn't guarantee receiving one, but I hope you can get a favorable resolution.
