this is for the retun team on micrsoft 
It made me pay for a gamer name change but i have a free one and let go even further ok so i got a lot of the 30 day thing well ask the suppport team on xbox about it and it is a video to prove it all and the prenamed then is proven in the video.

thank you like to have a refund on it and i do have enough refunds for the year becuse it just change years and here is the order number

Nothing can be done for you really. You might be able to call customer support, or pay to rechange it. Most likely it was user error and you just switched the cap on the letters.

If you're being harrassed, then you should file a complaint and block communications with those gamers. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

if a gamertag is never connected to xbox live, ever, on a 360 it is a local profile. you cannot use that on other devices.

you would need to connect it to live (xbox live free is fine) and then sign into it on the lumia
