    hi, i want to change my gamer picture to a picture from my camera roll however it’s saying i cant since i have a child account. is there anyway i can get permission from the adult in my family account on here so i can change it or somerhing?

    you will only be able to use what is available in the gamer picture market place. check there either on your console or on your pc. there are tons of pics to choose from so I wouldn't doubt that there is an octopus somewhere in the mix!!!

    No. There's no way around the restriction. You'd have to wait until your account is an adult account.

    Sorry to hear about your situation.



    But, unless you can find such a GamerPic on the Marketplace (http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Search?query=gamerpics), it cannot be used on your GamerTag. The only exception
    would be your personal picture captured via the Kinect.



    Any other type of picture that you use will be considered illegal and can lead to a ban of your GamerTag.

    Thanks for the info. I searched and searched and found sharks, whales, pufferfish(!), crabs, seals but NO Octopus!! Would you believe that.
