Gamertag kauf schlägt fehl

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem, dass ich jedes mal wenn ich meinen Gamertag erneut ändern möchte, in ein Fenster gelange, wo ich zum kauf des Gamertags ändern möchte... In diesem Fenster kann ich mein Microsoft-Store Guthaben auswählen um den Gamertag zu ändern. Nachdem
ich jedoch auf "Bestätigen gedrückt habe, poppt jedoch nach ein Paar Sekunden ein Fenster auf, dass mir folgendes sagt:

Ein Problem ist aufgetreten

Wann bekommst du den Fehler? Wenn du drauf gehst oder beim Kauf?

Ahh sehr schön, auf deutsch ist das gleich einfacher.

Das ganze läuft bei mir über einen AV-Receiver und ich habe bereits ein anderes HDMI Kabel verwendet.

Der Fehler ist auch nicht immer da. Wenn ich z.b. diesen Reset mit 10 sec auf Home Button mache dann funktioniert dass beim nächsten mal starten auch wieder, aber der Fehler taucht immer wieder auf und ist jetzt seit dem Kauf der Konsole (am Release Tag)
vorhanden.

Sounds like your Xbox is failing, if you have warranty I would suggest booking a repair.

Klingt wie die Xbox schlägt fehl, wenn Sie Garantie würde ich vorschlagen, Buchung einer Reparatur haben.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues logging into Minecraft. We recommend first make sure you are signed out of Minecraft on any other device. Then try and sign in on Windows 10. Also try the
account website to make sure there are no issues with the account.
