gamertag hasn't changed (might be because i'm suspended)

thanks for telling me. i really hope that it may be the case & i do end up receiving a gamertag change or atleast a free gamertag change once i get out of suspension

The process of changing the Gamertag in all games and in the entire Xbox ecosystem may take a couple of days to completely change, I recommend you wait a little longer and it should change automatically soon.

If it does not change, it may be due to your suspension. As soon as it ends, you must log in to your account and change your Gamertag again (it should not charge you again), so once your subscription ends, you can try the solution I mentioned. and you can let us know if it worked.

If it should have it, if not, you should contact support since you paid for the name change and you should obtain it.

Did you recently change your Gamertag lately? It sounds like you might have just recently changed your Gamertag and it just hasn't updated yet because it's showing the Gamertag you mentioned to me. Are you still having this problem? Thanks!

Having a forced name change is NOT a good thing to do. Because in a future case you might have with a suspension, your forced gamertag change will influence how long you get suspended for whatever you violated. Ex: instead of a 24 hr suspension, it might
be a week.
