Gamertag grayed out in microsoft account

• Can you share a screenshot of it? Just make sure to hash some part of the gamertag for it not to show the entire gamer tag.
  

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

You cannot have 2 gamer tags on an account.

Check your Enforcements history if there are any applied enforcements. Enforcement history | Xbox Support

Can't change account info on console or the website because it won't let me access it.

On the console, account it grayed out.

On the website it just says "This page can not be found." when I click on account management.

Microsoft is so ****.

xbox.com go to 'my account' on the top right hand corner. click on 'edit profile' in the gray box under your avatar. first option is change gamertag.

yes u need to go to setting storge hard drive cheack all the page pages for a yellow warning simble
