    GamerTag forced Change, Case Review did nothing.


    Dear Enforcement Team,

    how can it be, that my GamerTag got forced changed from "UranNator". The Case Review said: "This account's Gamertag was found to be in violation of Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers because "UranNator" contained references to
    bodily functions that are not allowed in Xbox Live Gamertags."

    I didnt know, that URAN, alias URANIUM, OR ELEMENT 92 was a bodily fluid.

    Maybe if I eat enough, then it would be digested and excreted, but then I would have other problems then getting upset about my forced change.

    I want a clarification on this.

    Forced change Gamertag

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They are the only ones who handle forced gamertag changes.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but there are no refunds for forced gamertag changes.

    Hi there,

    First off, the Enforcement Team does not check the forums, the only contact option is via enforcement.xbox.com and the Case Review option, which you already tried.

    I'm afraid that since you already did a Case Review there is nothing more you can do regarding this.

    Side note: it's not necessarily the way you meant it, but how it can be read by others which is why this likely was forcefully changed.

    I'm afraid that since you already did a Case Review there is nothing more you can do regarding this.

    Side note: it's not necessarily the way you meant it, but how it can be read by others which is why this likely was forcefully changed.

    When you say you were forced out of it do you mean that the enforcement team decided that it was a violation of the code of conduct and did a forced gamertag change?

    If so you would need to go to enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.
