    I have contacted Xbox via the online support chat multiple times in regards to my gamertag being forcefully changed by the enforcment team. All the agents have promised me a reaponce to my issue yet I have not recieved any emails in regards to my issue.
    This has spanned over 1 week.

    I then resorted to calling the accounts and billing team as I had an account issue. I was adviced there was nothing they could do as tue enforcment team had locked them out of the account. Upon finding this information i requested to speak to the enforcment
    team. I was told there was no enforcment team agents avaialabe as they were an offline team.

    Now, i have had this xbox account for over 5 years spanning accross multiple xbox platforms. I have now got a custome service isaue and i am told that there is no one who I can speak to directly to help me with my issue. I was adviced to post my issue on
    here. Another online system that I do not have faith in to respond to me as the other systems have failed me previously.

    I want a fair solution to a forced name change. I appealed the enforcment and it was upheld. I have no issue with this however after 5 years of the account not beeing deemed offensive I feel I am entitled to choose my own Xbox identity after this has been
    actioned without having to use my own xbox reward points or my own personal money.

    Gamertag not allowed...why?

    Sir or ma'am,

    I received a message that my gamertag "TurboPimp BW" is no longer allowed and must be changed. I called customer support and they said it may be an issue with the word "Pimp" in my gamertag, but they could not tell me why and agreed that the word is not
    really offensive. Can someone please let me know what's going on? Thanks.

    Gamertag unjustly force changed

    My gamertag was recently force changed for no apparent reason as it violated no code of conduct rules and had no offensive or vulgar language. Need some help here from support, the enforcement team or anyone who knows what they are doing better than i do.

    Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.If you have done this & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing you can do.

    Doesn't matter how long you've had that gamertag,it was only just reported & found to violate the ToU/CoC which is why you were issued a forced name change.

    You will not get the old gamertag back & as per the ToU/CoC you agreed to if you want to change the one you were given you will need to pay.

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. Phone/chat support do not handle enforcement issues so they would not be able to overturn the enforcement team's decision.

    Support does not handle enforcement issues, so if the tag was changed for a forced gamertag change, support will not be able to assist.

    Did you get a forced gamertag change?

    If so then no

    If someone in your household did it then take the issue with them

    As per the terms of use your gamertag must be rated E for everyone and if you were issued a gamertag change you will have to pay for name change if you want a custom name again

    My Xbox Live Gamertag Violates the Code of Conduct

    Feel free to call support and ask about what happens if a gamertag contains personally identifiable information such as a full first and last name. They will issue a forced gamertag change for free as a security precaution. I am 100% positive I am correct
    here. This is something MS does for the customer's to ensure the security of an account.
