    Gamertag Creation is not Working


    I'm trying to help my friend create a account for Minecraft. Everything was fine until we reached the Gamertag stage. At this critical step in this process we encountered a hiccup. When we clicked the "Let's Go" / "Next" button it would do the clicking animation, return to normal, and then do nothing. I looked at the console and saw the following error: "CreateAccountWithClassicGamertag: Known request failure.". I would like to know a solution for the error as I am very tense about it.

    If the link above does not help, i have had issues with gamertags and found a way around this.

    Use a xbox 360!

    It allows a longer gamertag creation for some reason and can work to change if you cant online or via xbox one.

    Your gamertag is locked in at whatever you orignally put in at the time of creation, spaces included.

    I think you have 1 hour to change it after the creation of your gamertag.
