gamertag changed

Hello, i need help because microsoft send me a message to know if my informations are be good but when i look , he has a another adress email in my information and i don't know where this email come because this is not my email. Furthermore, when i connect
to my account on my computer, my gamertag is furtivetulop4 and in my xbox one this is the good gamertag , FnordyManticore. Why in my computer I see a different gamertag? Its has connection with the with one another email adress ? i want know if my account
is hack but to call xbox i must pay...

I got a message that connecting to Xbox Live was not possible with my profile and that I shoul download it again. After doing so my Gamertag was changed.

FNC? I few years ago they made my friend change his account. He was able to freely choose a new name. Now you have to pay? I am wondering why they changed it?
