    Gamertag Change was paid but it diddnt change to the new gamertag.


    I paid the 11.02 (Damn Taxes.) for the gamertag change (Had underwent a name change and a few other things so i wanted to change it to fit my new identity) and it quite literally changed to the one i paid for for a minute then reverted without warning, advisory, anything. Couldnt contact Microsoft Support because they never accept calls and god the VA (Virtual Assistant) is trash. Anyways anyone can help a gamer out?

    When going through the AI it doesn't give the option when i tap it. It just says ask the forum and another irrelevant FAQ post.

    Thats my issue though. No matter how i try to put the issue it never gives me the option to chat with an employee. Only to submit a forum post or click a link to something completely irrelevant to my issue
