    As the title says, when navigating to the page to change my gamertag it loads the background of the page and nothing more.

    I have tried this on several browsers, a different computer, and a laptop with a different OS. I have cleared by cache and tried again and the same issue occurs.

    Forced Gamertag Change request

    The only way to get your gamertag changed is if it is offensive or if you pay the fee. There is nothing else to do about it.

    Click on "My Account" on the top right of this page, then go to change gamertag. It will cost $10 (USD) to make the change, and you will need to change the gamertag you want to something else first, or else it will just tell you the name is in use.

    I can't complete some functions when in xboxlive.com due to a weird Silverlight issue.

    This happens to me too. When I first went to the avatar editor page all that was on it was the "down load Silverlight" icon. When I did that it said I already had it installed. It still didnt change anything. So I uninstalled it and re-installed from the
    avatar editor page. It installed successfully. I re-booted but still, only the Silverlight download icon is on the avatar editor page, nothing else. What is going on here?

    Xbox gamertag has been changed by somebody else without my permission

    have you made sure to check the enforcement page to see if it was a forced change.

    The only way that someone else can change your gamertag is if they have full access to your account, have you shared accounts with anyone.
