Gamertag change not working.

Discus and support Gamertag change not working. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I bought a new gamertag and it now shows up as my identity but still has my old tag used in games.     Gamertag change not working.


    I bought a new gamertag and it now shows up as my identity but still has my old tag used in games. How do I get that changed to my new one? Thanks.

    Try removing your profile from the console and then reload it to see if that helps. Let us know. Good Luck!!

    takes into account the bj at the end, as those two letters have been used a lot in tags to represent another type of thing and it was abused so much, as Xbox is global it has to take into account all different references and if it deems it inappropriate then that's it.
