    Bonjour, je souhaite changer mon Gamertag pour un autre. Vu que j'ai déj utilisé le changement gratuit j'ai mis 10€ sur mon compte pour pouvoir le changer mais je reçois ce message d'erreur. Que se soit sur Firefox - Chrome ou sur mon Android en 4G (Chrome)

    Hello, I want to change my Gamertag for an another. I used free change long time ago on my account and I put 10€ to can change but I receive an error. Firefox-Chrome or on my Android with 4G (Chrome) is the same error.

    Sorry for my english, I dont want to use a translator who give some wrong word FR>ENG

    Hello I'm Daniel,

    I believe it is a glitch previous xbox members had that problem i would suggest that you reset your system the glitch could be only based on you Xbox.

    This is how Microsoft is handling gamertag now. They're doing stuff where multiple people can have the same name, but they append a numerical suffix to the end of the name to ensure uniqueness.
    why does it show to other players now?
