    I recently changed my gamertag from "" to "Kera Seirei" however the website is still showing my old gamertag. I know this normally takes 2-3 weeks to update on the website, but with the approaching deadline of the program and because I have just
    redeemed the 10,000 and 5,000 rewards credits from the MyVIP Vault, I wanted to check if there was a way to ensure the gamertag is updated before the deposit or end date, or if this won't matter and the credits will still be applied to my Xbox account.

    How do I change my child's gamertag?

    No option in my account to change my child's gamertag. Do I need to do this as my child's account? And when it asks to add a credit card to my child's account to change the gamertag, can I remove the credit card? Thanks.

    hacked!!!

    i was hacked for the 2nd day in a row and the credit was spent before i could change my gamertag i asked agent to credit my account with enough to change it

    Gamertag changes require a credit card to be on file. That's why the payment process won't complete.
